At Hoteez, every shirt is printed just for you once your order is placed. This allows us to create unique retro designs while reducing waste and overproduction.

Processing Time

Orders are typically printed and processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday). During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are 3–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your Hoteez gear all the way to your door.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure fast delivery, shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to:

• Weather conditions
• High shipping volume
• Holidays
• Customs processing for international orders

These delays are outside of our control but we will always do our best to help if an issue arises.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Hoteez is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
