We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Because every Hoteez T-shirt is printed to order, we handle refunds and replacements a little differently than traditional retail stores.

Eligible for Refund of Replacement

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your order arrives with a printing defect, damage during shipping, or the wrong item sent to you.

If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email support@hoteez.shop with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the product so we can quickly resolve the problem.

Non-Returnable Items

Since every item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selected at checkout, buyer’s remorse or change of mind, or minor variations in color due to screen differences.

Our Commitment

If we made a mistake, we will replace the item or refund your order at no cost to you.
